Barbara A & Christine T from West Jersey Intergroup lead us through the clear cut instructions of Step 10 & 11. They emphasize the absolute necessityof keeping spiritually fit for if we fail to practice, we will return to the food. This is done through teaching the mechanics & real life examples of trudging this spiritual path. This is the second part of a two part presentation.
